3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w345 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. w345 will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other channel — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Any activity that takes place using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. • Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on w345 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). • w345 reserves the right to carry out anti-money laundering checks before processing withdrawals.
• Deposits that were made via a bonus or promotional credit are subject to the wagering requirements of that promotion before withdrawal is permitted.
• w345 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, you must contact support within 30 days of the transaction date.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on w345 — whether on cricket, PSL, football, esports, live casino, slots, crash games, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, which are available within the relevant section of the platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Sports betting: Odds are determined by w345 and may change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds and terms are locked in. w345 reserves the right to void bets where there has been an obvious pricing error, where market integrity concerns exist, or where the outcome of the event is already known at the time of placement.

Casino games: All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and table games — use certified random number generators or real-world physical outcomes (in the case of live dealer games). RTP (Return to Player) figures for slot games are displayed in the game information section. Casino game outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by the player.

• Bets placed during system errors or disconnections may be voided at w345's discretion.

• Winnings credited to your account from games or bets that are later found to have been affected by a technical fault may be reversed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked ten times in total before withdrawal of the resulting funds is permitted. Specific games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — for example, some live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.

• Bonuses are issued at the discretion of w345 and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, except for bonuses already credited to an account.

• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or share information in live casino games.
• Abusing promotional offers through systematic exploitation — including arbitrage betting designed purely to extract bonus value without genuine engagement.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after withdrawing winnings funded by those deposits.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your w345 account to any other person.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

w345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
